Notice is given that on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, the City of Pingree will hold election for one councilperson. The election will be conducted by Mail Ballot only. Applications were mailed from the Office of the ND Secretary of State. Persons not receiving one may obtain one online at www. vote.nd.gov or from the Stutsman County Auditor's Office. There will be no polling location open on Election Day due to the Covid-19 pandemic as authorized by the Stutsman County Board of County Commissioners and by the Gover- nor's Executive Order 2020-13. A voter assistive device is available by appointment in the Office of the Stutsman County Auditor. A secure ballot drop box is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the entrance of the Stutsman County Courthouse, 511 2nd Ave SE, Jamestown, ND. Another secure drop box is available 24 hours a day in the entrance of the Stutsman County Law Enforcement Center, 205 6th St. SE, Jamestown, ND. Mail ballots must be postmarked no later than June 8, 2020. Ballots may be delivered to the above located drop boxes by 4:00 p.m. on June 9, 2020. If approved, the minutes must be published until disapproved by the voters at a succeeding election. A "YES" vote means you do want the City of Pingree to publish its minutes in the official city newspaper. A "NO" vote means you do not want the City of Pingree to publish its minutes in the official city newspaper.
