The Friends of the James River Valley Library System was established in the Fall of 2016 as a group to support our Library in various ways:
Assist the James River Valley Library System
Increase awareness of the importance of the Library to the community
Advocate for the renovation and expansion of the Library
Raise funds for the renovation and expansion of the Library
Assist in children and adult programming
Host fundraising events
Promote the digital and traditional diversity of services that the Library offers
