ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE STUTSMAN RURAL WATER DISTRICT The Annual Meeting of Stutsman Rural Water District Members will be held on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at the Stutsman Rural Water District Board Room located at 1812 Hwy 281 N, Jamestown, ND. Election of 3 Directors. Two changes to bylaws will be necessary to comply with recent legislative action affecting ND Century Code 61-35-09 and 61-35-10. Door Prizes will be given; refreshments will be served.
