Emergency Application for Surface Drain by Gray Township on the SW of Section 23/142/62, Stutsman County, North Dakota and the SE 4 of Section 22/142/62, Stutsman County, North Dakota 3. Provide assistan ce on preparing an Emergency Application to Drain on Section 24/160/66 within Windsor Township, Stutsman County, North Dakota Notice to landowners and operators: Prior written approval of any project involving any drainage or obstruction of water must be secured from the Water Resource Board.
