NOTICE A special meeting of the Stutsman County Water Resource Board will be on Monday, OCTOBER 14, 2019, AT 9:00 A.M. in the LOWER LEVEL OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER, ROOM #2, 205 6th Street Southeast, Jamestown, North Dakota. The matters to be considered are the following: 1. Emergency Application for Surface Drain by Gray Township on the SW 4 of Section 19/142N/62W, Stutsman County, North Dakota 2. Emergency Application for Surface Drain by Gray Township on the SW of Section 23/142/62, Stutsman County, North Dakota and the SE 4 of Section 22/142/62, Stutsman County, North Dakota 3. Provide assistan ce on preparing an Emergency Application to Drain on Section 24/160/66 within Windsor Township, Stutsman County, North Dakota Notice to landowners and operators: Prior written approval of any project involving any drainage or obstruction of water must be secured from the Water Resource Board. This approval is in addition to any approval required by USDA, FSA (formerly ASCS), NRCS (formerly SCS), or any other state or federal agency.
