REVISED NOTICE A special meeting of the Stutsman County Water Resource Board will be on Monday, APRIL 26, 2021, AT 10:30 A.M. for a site visit, meeting at the intersection of 93rd Avenue Southeast and 7th Street Southeast, Courtenay, North Dakota. The matter to be considered is the following: 1. Craig Barnes Site visit and review of request to Conduct a Hydrology Study between the Northeast Quarter of Section 9 and the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 144, Range 62, Stutsman County, North Dakota upon 93rd Avenue Southeast (Also affecting Section 3 and Section 4, Township 144, Range 62, Stutsman County, North Dakota) Notice to landowners and operators: Prior written approval of any project involving any drainage or obstruction of water must be secured from the Water Resource Board. This approval is in addition to any approval required by USDA, FSA (formerly ASCS), NRCS (formerly SCS), or any other state or federal agency.
