ENOTICE The regular meeting of the Stutsman County Water Resource Board will be on Wednesday, OCTOBER 30, 2019, AT 9:00 A.M. in the LOWER LEVEL OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER, 205 6 th Street Southeast, Jamestown, North Dakota. The matters to be considered are the following: Regular monthly business properly before the Board. Notice to landowners and operators: Prior written approval of any project involving any drainage or obstruction of water must be secured from the Water Resource Board. This approval is in addition to any approval required by USDA, FSA (formerly ASCS), NRCS (formerly SCS), or any other state or federal agency.
