NOTICE The regular meeting of the Stutsman County Water Resource Board will be on Thursday, MARCH 5, 2020, AT 9:00 A.M. in the LOWER LEVEL OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER, 205 6th Street Southeast, Jamestown, North Dakota. The matter to be considered is the following: 1. Emergency Application for Surface Drain by Stutsman County for Deer Lake Township within Section 24, Township 141N, Range 67W, and Sections 19 and 28-30, Township 141N, Range 66W, Stutsman County, North Dakota Notice to landowners and operators: Prior written approval of any project involving any drainage or obstruction of water must be secured from the Water Resource Board. This approval is in addition to any approval required by USDA, FSA (formerly ASCS), NRCS (formerly SCS), or any other state or federal agency.
