NOTICE The regular meeting of the Stutsman County Water Resource Board will be on Wednesday, JANUARY 29, 2020, AT 9:00 A.M. in the COURTHOUSE COMMISSION ROOM, 511 Second Avenue Southeast, Jamestown, North Dakota. The matters to be considered are the following: 1. Request for Hydrology Study to the State Engineer to determine appropriate culvert capacity pertaining to the township road on the NW Quarter of Section 29/137/63 & the SW Quarter of Section 20/137/63 2. Discussion of drainage project at Spiritwood Lake through Alkali Lake 3. Complaint of Unauthorized Dike or Dam submitted by Peter M. McElroy on the SE Quarter of Section 13, Township 138N, Range 65W, Stutsman County, North Dakota, 4. Regular monthly business properly before the Board. Notice to landowners and operators: Prior written approval of any project involving any drainage or obstruction of water must be secured from the Water Resource Board. This approval is in addition to any approval required by USDA, FSA (formerly ASCS), NRCS (formerly SCS), or any other state or federal agency.
