Request from City of Spiritwood Lake to drain Spiritwood Lake to 1442 feet for water quality purposes. 2. Regular monthly business properly before the Board Notice to landowners and operators: Prior written approval of any project involving any drainage or obstruction of water must be secured from the Water Resource Board. This approval is in addition to any approval required by USDA, FSA (formerly ASCS), NRCS (formerly SCS), or any other state or federal agency.
